Shipping
Delivery time for DAO is 2-4 business days depending on where in the country you live.
If you choose DAOshop and do not pick it up within 14 days, it will be returned to KJØ ApS. If this happens, you will be liable for new postage in case you still want the product.
- KJØ ApS reserves the right to a longer delivery time under circumstances beyond our control. For example, delays in the distribution network, strikes, operational errors, force majeure and other unforeseen events.
ADVICE
Order confirmation
After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation via email. You are responsible for checking that the address information and order content is correct. If the order confirmation has not been received within 30 minutes of completing the purchase, please contact KJØ ApS via our e-mail: info@kjoe.dk.
Delivery notification
When the package is registered and ready for delivery, you will be notified by email. If you have not received a notification within 2 business days from the order date, the customer must contact KJØ ApS immediately.
Parcel
The customer will be notified when the parcel can be picked up at the delivery point. The recipient must identify themselves when picking up the parcel.
Delivery to your home
If the package cannot be delivered to the customer’s address, it will be sent to the nearest post office and the customer will be notified. The recipient must be able to identify themselves upon delivery.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment by invoice
The customer’s payment will be deducted directly after confirmation and payment of the order. We do not charge any invoicing fees. Your order can only be shipped once your purchase is finalized on the website.
You will automatically receive an invoice for your purchase. The invoice is sent by email.

CUSTOMER SAFETY
Open purchase and right of withdrawal
As a customer, by law you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the goods, or in the case of partial deliveries on the same order from the time you receive the last part of the order. However, for health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal or seal on the packaging is intact when returning KJØ. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products with short or expired date marking.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform KJØ ApS by email: info@kjoe.dk before the deadline expires and before the goods are returned. Return freight is paid by the customer. The goods must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, and a copy of the delivery note or invoice in which the customer clearly states which goods are being returned must be attached. If the products have not arrived at KJØ ApS within 14 days of an objection, the purchase is considered accepted.
Refund to the customer
KJØ ApS will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receipt of the customer’s claim to use the right of withdrawal, but no earlier than after the item has been received by the company or that you, as a customer, have provided proof that it has been returned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints
Complaints must be made as soon as errors are discovered. If the package is damaged, the complaint must be made immediately to KJØ ApS. Contact KJØ ApS before returning the goods. In the event of an approved complaint, KJØ ApS is responsible for shipping and return shipping. The right of complaint ceases, according to law, 2 years after receipt of the goods, or after the expiration date has passed, which for Kjøs products is 6 months.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Sales
All online sales are made via our website www.kjø.dk (alternatively www.kjoe.dk). Our products can be found via our SoMe: Facebook and Instagram, where you are also welcome to contact us.
KJØ can also be found in various stores in Sønderborg Municipality.
The list of stores is continuously updated and can be found on our SoMe.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, 25%.
To shop at KJØ ApS, the customer must be of legal age or have their parents’ permission to order. Customers who order to another person and/or delivery address are always legally responsible. All product images should be seen as illustrations and KJØ ApS cannot guarantee that they are manufactured accurately in terms of appearance and shape as our products are handmade and packed by weight, not sizes.
Uncollected shipments
If the customer does not pick up their order within the specified transit time, the customer will be charged for costs related to return shipping to our warehouse. Our delivery costs for uncollected parcels are 100 SEK per postal parcel. These costs are deducted from the purchase price when the amount is refunded or adjusted, the new invoice is sent to the customer’s email.
New delivery
If the customer wants a new delivery of a shipment that has been returned to KJØ ApS, DKK 100 will be charged. contact KJØ ApS regarding new delivery. New delivery can be paid by debit/credit card.
Credit information
KJØ ApS has the right to take credit information about the customer.
In case of suspected fraud
In case of suspected fraud or intentional fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice. Fraud, e.g. false orders, will be reported to the police with immediate effect.

This website contains so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and contains information. There are two types of cookies. One type stores a file permanently on your computer.

MAJOR FORCE
KJØ ApS reserves the right that the delivery time may take longer in the event of, for example, operational errors, strikes, Force Majeure or delays in the freight company’s distribution network and other unforeseen events that KJØ ApS has no control over.
