Our secret is in the concentration of flavor. To make 100g of KJØ Beef Jerky, we use 217g of raw A-grade beef. During the dehydration process, we remove some of the meat’s liquid, making the flavor intense and authentic. You’ll notice how the flavor evolves as you enjoy each piece of KJØ Beef Jerky. It’s a taste experience out of the ordinary.

We have chosen to create KJØ Beef Jerky with care and without the use of acidity regulators, nitrite salt and other added preservatives. This ensures that our product remains natural and fresh.
